HKD-Services and HATOCH® are not only a family business in name – they are also run as such. While Florian Kluge handles operational management, team training, and product development, his wife in the back office ensures perfect organization behind the scenes.
The strong team behind the scenes: From appointment coordination to accounting and customer management – everything comes together in the back office. This professional organization allows the on-site team to fully concentrate on the quality of cleaning services.
